
I remember several occasions where I’ve come back from things that she’s told me or experiences that I’ve had in her Sessions where, you know, I can be in a really intense situation, be it a work situation or, you know, whatever -- I can be in a really intense situation where it’s really easy to lose your head and it’s really easy to get frustrated or get upset with somebody.
And, I mean, it’s a very simple thing to say but it’s almost given me more patience, I think. And moreso patience with myself than with other people. Because I think if you’re patient with yourself then it is very easy to be patient with other people.
And again, you know, it just reminds me to pull myself back in those moments that are really intense, really frustrating I just pull myself back and I remember the space I’m in when I have the Session.
