A simple method to invite stillness into your life: •Close your eyes and relax your body. Lie down if space is available or sit comfortably •Breathe deeply – release any tension with each breath •Hold your focus within •Initially it’s helpful to listen to a Stillness Session CD where the music of The Simplicity of Stillness can assist you in connecting powerfully to your own essence, that place of freedom within each person.
