Emails
To ensure you receive our emails please take these two short but important steps:
- Add info@marlisekarlin.com and 165438@priorityoneemail.com to your contacts, which tells your email system that you want our emails to go to your inbox not to be stuck in your junk mail folder.
- If you don’t see the email or have any trouble accessing it, please contact support at customercare@marlisekarlin.com
Streaming Audio & Vedio
If you are having trouble playing any of Marlise Karlin audios or videos, you may need a free program download from Quicktime or Windows Media Player.
These downloads are directly from Apple and Microsoft publishers who are known to have secure sites. Once the program is downloaded, you will be able to stream all audios and videos.
Downloading Audio
These files are large and may require considerable time to download over slow connections. It is important that you SAVE them to your computer rather than "Opening" them. Save the files into a folder on your computer where you can find them anytime in the future.
PC: Click the Download link. The zip file will be saved to your "downloads" folder. Double click on the zip file to extract the individual audio files. Double click each audio file to open it in your music player.
Mac: Click the Download link. The zip file will be saved to your download folder. Macs open up zip files as soon as they get downloaded. Double click each audio file to open it in your music player.
Viewing Ducoments
Marlise Karlin documents are provided as pdf files which you can view by downloading the free Adobe Reader. We suggest you open our booklets so that it looks just like you are reading a book.
PC: Open in Adobe Reader, go to File Menu, click on View…Page Display… Two Page View
Mac: Open the file with Adobe Reader, go to the Menu called View... PDF and drop down to open in 2 page continuous
