In 2002, I began having amazing experiences that shifted my entire perception of life, which then shifted everything in my life. It was extraordinary, blissful and spiritually enlightening - and I could feel it on a physical level. Feel it. That’s what I emphasize in times of Stillness: feel. You’re not just this lump of matter. Feel what’s happening. Feel that vibration as it moves through the cells of your body.

This is exactly what scientists speak of today. They speak of how this entire universe consists of atoms and molecules—and so do we. Which explains how our thoughts, words, create the events in our lives. We’re interacting with the infinite intelligence of the universe all the time.

This is exactly what ancient seers and mystics spoke about that happens in enlightened states of being. When you’re in a state of connection with that inner peace that these special beings spoke of, it is that connection to this entire universe —and it’s available now.

This is what I always wanted… so I prayed for it. I requested it. And in 2004, as the experiences continued escalating, the message I got was that everyone has an inner knowing, but we just don’t live connected to it. And that it was time for bring this understanding to people, so more could begin living in this experience of inner peace. I wondered how I would do this, because at the time, I was a film producer, and I also designed homes.

And the message came to me: “Take the first step.” And the first step was to call a friend of mine that I hadn’t spoken to in a long, long time, and I said, “There’s something I have to offer you, and if you can come and see me, let’s see what happens.” And what I didn’t know is that she was really ill. She had lost a lot of weight, and they were speaking of giving her surgery because of all the challenges that her body was going through.

So she came to meet with me, and I said, “This is what has come to me, and I offer it to you with my blessings.” I turned on some music and I held out my hands, and that was the beginning of Stillness Sessions. This woman was always very analytical, I’ll always remember the first thing she said to me at the end of the session., “This is not a technique. This is Divine. I felt it.”

I learned to trust in those messages, and that guidance would come. That guidance has brought me to creating Stillness Sessions and The Practices that are infused with that divine life energy that streams through all of us. It is infused within the audio, the Sessions, and the book I’m writing - and people are experiencing it, and it’s shifting lives all over the world.

You have a knowing. And it’s that time to expand it profoundly and see miraculous events coming into your life. What I see from every human being who walks in the door is that this opening of consciousness not only improves their lives in every way, but also awakens inside us a beautiful way we can be with others that supports a more conscious, loving world.
